Psychosis

Welcome — I'm Glad You're Here

Living with psychosis, whether personally or alongside a loved one, can feel overwhelming, isolating, and deeply confusing. I believe that psychosis is a profoundly human experience that deserves understanding, care, and meaning-making; alongside practical tools and support to plan for your recovery and wellbeing.

My work is rooted in an affirming and relational approach. I meet you where you are, honoring your story, your strengths, and the complexity of what you’re carrying. Together, we can navigate the uncertainty, rebuild trust in yourself and your relationships, and explore what gives your life meaning — even in the midst of struggle.

How I Work

Affirming Your Experience
I trust your perspective and your lived experience. I offer a space where you don't have to defend or explain yourself — where you can feel seen, heard, and respected for who you are, not just for what you’re going through.

Relational Healing
Relationships are at the heart of healing. Whether you come to therapy on your own or with family members, we’ll focus on strengthening connection — rebuilding trust, improving communication, and creating space for more authentic, supportive relationships.

Providing Practical Tools
Alongside deep conversation and exploration, I also offer practical strategies to help manage distressing experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build stability in daily life — tools you can start using right away, both individually and as a family.

Existential Meaning-Making
Together, we’ll explore the deeper questions that psychosis often surfaces: Who am I? What matters to me? How do I move forward when everything feels uncertain? I believe that even in chaos, meaning and hope can be found.

Supporting Families

If you're a family member supporting someone experiencing psychosis, you are not alone. I offer family sessions to help you:

  • Better understand psychosis and its impact on everyone involved.

  • Improve communication and emotional connection.

  • Find ways to support your loved one without losing yourself in the process.

Together, we can create a shared sense of hope and a roadmap for navigating challenges as a team.

Why Work With Me?

I bring not only clinical experience from my years of working in psychiatric hospitals and community mental health, but also deep respect for the human spirit. I see my role not as an "expert" telling you what to do, but as a partner walking beside you — listening carefully, supporting your choices, and helping you find your own path through.

No two people experience psychosis the same way, and no two healing journeys are alike. I'll meet you with curiosity, openness, and genuine care, every step of the way.

Ready to Begin?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation — no pressure, no expectations — just a chance to meet, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if I might be the right fit for you or your family.

You don't have to face this alone. Meaning, connection, and hope are possible. Let's find them together.
